ORDERING INFORMATION

 

ORDERING IS EASY

Just send us your logo or artwork (see requirements below), either by email or through our contact portal  Or call us and explain the design elements for

your product. We'll create finish artwork for your project and contact you to go over all the details.

 

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

We prefer vectored artwork, which allows us to adjust the image as necessary.

We accept Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files.

Please create outlines to paths for the fonts.

Please save files in the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, GIF OR TIFF.

JPEG images are only acceptable if they are high resolution.

Please do not send Microsoft Word, Excel or Publisher files

Do not send images captured from websites, they are poor quality.

Please ZIP (compress) your files before sending

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time is usually 2-4 weeks (depending on the product) from date of art approval, plus shipping time. Special orders may take loner due to complexity of design or special features.

  

TERMS

Our terms are 50% advance deposit on custom designed products with balance due on delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Checks.

 

RE-ORDERS

There is no set up on re-orders, unless the details of your artwork change.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship orders via UPS ground freight unless special instructions are given when placing your order. Upgraded and overnight shipping is available for extra cost.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For multiple destinations shipments, there will be a $10.00 charge per each additional address after the first.

 

RUSH SERVICES

We may, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges and availability vary depending on item involved, current work load and production. If you require rush service we will provide a quote.

 

F.O.B. POINT

Unless otherwise noted, all products are F.O.B. our Upland, CA warehouse.
